A few things we need to agree on

These are the four things we can’t move on. If you can check all four, we’re already on the same page. If not, we’re probably not the right fit, and that’s okay.

The Process

What happens next.

Here’s exactly what the process looks like, so you know what you’re signing up for.

Step 01

We read it.

Within 2 business days, someone on our team reads your application in full. Not a filter. Not a scorecard. An actual person reading what you wrote. If the application signals a real possible fit, we’ll reach out to schedule the next step.

Step 02

The discovery call.

If we both think there’s something worth exploring, we start with a discovery call. Usually around 90 minutes, after both sides have done some homework. You’ll have looked into AERIS and what we’re building. We’ll have looked into your business, your market, and your reputation. Then we sit down and actually talk it through.

This isn’t a screening call or a sales pitch. It’s a conversation about alignment. What you’re trying to build. What we’re trying to build. Whether our principles line up. Whether growing together makes sense for both sides.

Step 03

Follow-up conversations.

The discovery call is rarely the last one. We run this process the way a serious company hires a leadership-level team member. Multiple conversations. Real mutual evaluation. Time for both sides to think between calls. We’ve learned the hard way, over 25 years of hiring and partnering, that the best way to build something lasting is to go slow, be open about expectations, and make sure the fit is real before either side commits.

We’re looking for career-long partners. Not to sign people up. If that’s not the process you want to run, we’re probably not the brand you want to build with. If it is, we’re going to have some good conversations.

Step 04

Alignment and welcome.

When both sides are aligned and confident that the fit is real, we confirm your territory and send your welcome package. Sample books, spec materials, and access to the people on our team you’ll be working with.

Step 05

Your first order, and what comes after.

Most new dealers place their first order within 30 days of onboarding. From there, you have direct access to our team, the product materials you need, and a supplier working alongside you instead of against you. What starts as your first order becomes the relationship we build from here.

From application to first order is usually four to six weeks, depending on how many conversations we have and how quickly both sides arrive at confidence. We’d rather take an extra week than rush a decision.
